Adolescence can feel like a tempestuous storm. It’s a time in which developmentally, young adults sail through turbulent waters. Who am I? Who do I want to be? Who will I become in the future? First loves, relationships with parents and family, authority and limits, friends and social pressures, social media etc.
Seeking help through therapy serves as a means to accompany, guide, create active communication and participation, empathy and provides a way in which to affront this difficult stage in life, allowing the adolescent to construct an identity based on good values, self-care, and responsibility.
